CoachCore Pro Privacy Policy

CoachCore Pro ("we", "our", or "us") provides a mobile application that helps certified personal trainers create personalized training and nutrition plans for their clients. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your email address and authentication credentials used to sign in to the app.
• Client profile data you enter: information about your clients that you provide in order to generate plans, such as name, age, gender, height, weight, fitness level, goals, available equipment, and activity level.
• Generated content: the training and nutrition plans created for your clients within the app.
• Subscription information: subscription status, product identifier, transaction metadata, and an app user identifier used to provide paid features. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
• Technical data: basic device and usage information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request logs.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the core service: generating personalized training and nutrition plans.
• To authenticate your account and keep your data private to you.
• To process, verify, restore, and manage your CoachCore Pro subscription.
• To operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the app and its infrastructure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising.

3. AI-Generated Plans

When you request a plan, the client profile details you entered are sent to our servers and processed with an AI model provider to generate the plan content. This data is used solely to generate your requested plan and is not used by us to train AI models.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in secured cloud infrastructure. Access to client and plan data is restricted to your authenticated account through row-level security. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account data, client profiles, and generated plans for as long as your account is active. You may delete clients and plans within the app at any time, or permanently delete your account and associated app data from Settings. Apple and our subscription processor may retain transaction records when required for billing, fraud prevention, tax, or legal compliance.

6. Sharing of Information

We share data only with the service providers necessary to operate CoachCore Pro (such as cloud hosting, database, AI processing, and subscription-management providers), and only to the extent required to provide the service. Apple processes App Store purchases, and RevenueCat processes subscription status and transaction metadata on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law.

7. Your Responsibilities as a Trainer

As a user entering information about your clients, you are responsible for ensuring you have your clients' consent to enter their personal information into CoachCore Pro.

8. Children's Privacy

CoachCore Pro is intended for use by adult fitness professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
